Make sure to follow our auto transportation guidelines, which include disclosing the condition of your vehicles and any modifications. Property marking damaged or non-functioning vehicles is crucial. Our experts in cross-country vehicle transport will assist you with all the necessary details.

Step 3: Schedule the Vehicle Pickup

Shipping a car across the country may seem overwhelming, but with the help of a reputable auto transportation company, the process becomes easier. Rely on your chosen shipper for guidance throughout the entire transportation process.

Once your order is placed and the dates are confirmed, the company will search for a carrier in your area. When the carried is ready to pick up your vehicle, you will have the opportunity to provide specific pickup instructions. An inspection of your vehicle will take place before it is loaded onto the vehicle fully-enclosed trailer.

Rest assured that you will receive all the information you need to track your shipment, including the carrier’s information and the driver’s name and phone number. You can stay in touch with the driver directly or have our cross-country auto transport representative handle communication on your behalf. Payments can be discussed with the driver, and any additional questions can be addressed during this time. Keep in mind, that shipping cars across the country can take up to two weeks, so be prepared to be without your vehicles for that period of time.

Step 4: Receive Your vehicle at the Destination

When it is time to receive your vehicle, remember that the trucks used for car transport are quite large and may not be able to access every address. In such cases, alternative meeting locations will be discussed with you. Typically, these locations are large parking lots in front of strip malls or big-box stores. If you are unable to be present at the drop-off location, you can designate someone else to receive the vehicle on your behalf.

Upon arrival, you and the driver will conduct a second inspection to note any new damages.

    1. Deposits & Scheduling Fees

    2. Processing Refunds

    Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method within:

    Credit card processing fees (3.99%) are non-refundable.

    3. No-Show Policy

    Claims without a completed inspection report will not be accepted.

    3. Delivery

    Delivery is curbside or as close as safely possible. Nevada law prohibits carriers from entering unsafe, restricted, or private areas.

    Customer must promptly accept delivery.

    4. Insurance & Claims

    Claims must be:

    • Submitted in writing within 48 hours
